Information Collection and Use

  • Using the services, including browsing them, requires the submission of personal information about the users.
  • The use of services is possible either as a guest or as a registered user. As a registered user, you can enjoy an easier and more convenient browsing experience. For instance, you can save certain items in a ‘Favorites’ list, track your purchase history, and make purchases more quickly and conveniently.

At the end of registration, you will be asked to create a unique password for your account – this detail must not be shared, and you should keep it solely to yourself. Alternatively, you can register through your personal Google/Facebook profile.

  • When making a purchase, you will be asked to enter the following details: first name, last name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, identification number, and payment details.
  • When contacting the company as part of a customer service inquiry and/or through a contact form, etc., via phone and/or email and/or other communication means, the information related to the contact will be collected including the content conveyed in the inquiry and the response.
  • When using the website, information about uncompleted actions within the services, such as a shopping list or the interruption of a purchase process without completion, clicking on banners, etc., may be stored.
  • When using the services, additional technical information will also be collected: browser type, details about the endpoint device, IP address, browsing data, location data, and usage habits on the site, including browsing and consumption.
